The challenge. Asking your audience one quick question meant signing up for a heavy enterprise survey tool — and then making everyone else sign up too, just to answer.

The challenge. Talking-avatar video is billed per minute by the big providers, which makes anything low-volume uneconomical to even attempt.
What I built. A custom video generation pipeline running lip-sync and voice-synthesis models on dedicated in-house compute — removing per-minute licensing from the cost entirely.
