Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of buildwithnkr.com and of any application published under the Build with NKR name. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who you are contracting with

Build with NKR is a sole proprietorship operated by Naveen Kumar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@buildwithnkr.com.

2. Licence to use our applications

Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our applications on devices you own or control, for their intended purpose. This licence grants you no ownership of the software.

Applications distributed through Google Play are additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and your rights under those terms are unaffected by these.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to harm, harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
• upload or transmit malware, or anything you have no right to transmit;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where law expressly permits it;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its content without written permission;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notice.

Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached.

4. Accounts

Where an application offers accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at hello@buildwithnkr.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time — see the data deletion page.

5. Paid features, subscriptions and refunds

Where an application offers paid features, the price and billing period are shown before you purchase. Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google and governed by Google Play's payment and refund policies; refund requests for those purchases should be made through Google Play. For purchases made directly with us, contact hello@buildwithnkr.com — refunds are handled reasonably and case by case.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time through the store or account settings where you bought them.

6. Client project work

These terms cover use of the website and applications. Consulting and development work is governed by the separate written proposal or agreement for that engagement, which sets out scope, price, delivery date and ownership of the resulting work. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement governs.

7. Intellectual property

The website, the applications, and the "Build with NKR" name and mark belong to Naveen Kumar, except for third-party components used under their own licences. Content you submit remains yours; you grant only the limited licence needed to operate and provide the service to you.

8. Availability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep them running, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change or be discontinued; where a change materially reduces a paid service, reasonable notice will be given.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — do so.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version always lives at this address, with the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be flagged where we have a way to reach you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction — save that if you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence where local law grants it.
