Delete your account and data

You can ask for your account and the personal data attached to it to be deleted at any time, for any reason — or none. You do not need to still have the app installed, and you will not be asked to justify the request.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — from inside the app
Where the application offers accounts, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your account immediately from within the app.

Option 2 — by email
Send a deletion request to hello@buildwithnkr.com with the subject "Account and data deletion request", including:
- the name of the app the account belongs to;
- the email address or username on the account.
Send it from the email address registered on the account where you can — it is the fastest way to verify the request is genuinely yours. If you cannot, I will verify ownership another way before deleting anything, because deleting the wrong person's account is worse than a slow reply.
The button below opens your email app with the request pre-written. Fill in the two blanks and send.
How long it takes
- Within 2 working days — your request is acknowledged.
- Within 30 days — the account and its personal data are deleted from live systems.
- Within 90 days — the data also ages out of encrypted backups, which are rotated on a rolling basis and are not used to restore individual accounts.
You will get written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and why
A small amount of data may be retained after deletion, only where the law requires it or where there is no lawful way to erase it:

Deletion is permanent. Once done, the account and its content cannot be restored, and any remaining paid subscription period is lost. If you only want to stop being contacted, or to pause an account, say so instead — that is reversible.
Cancelling a subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it at Google Play subscriptions before requesting deletion, or you may continue to be billed by Google.
